About Us

The Dennis and Norma McCormack Creary Foundation was born from the legacy of two extraordinary lives rooted in love, faith, education, and service. Raised in the hillside community of Above Rocks, Jamaica, Dennis and Norma dedicated their lives to nurturing others—Dennis through his career as an industrious civil servant for the Jamaican people, and Norma through her work as a teacher, poet, and caregiver.

Their children and grandchildren created this foundation to honor their memory by giving back to the community that shaped them. Our mission is to empower young minds, support small business dreams, and care for those affected by Alzheimer’s disease—a cause close to our hearts.

We offer student grants, entrepreneurial support, and micro-loans to help Above Rocks thrive. We also raise awareness and provide resources for Alzheimer’s care, so that no family walks that journey alone.

Grounded in compassion, uplifted by legacy, and powered by purpose—we are the Dennis and Norma McCormack Creary Foundation.

Charmaine Creary-Gonsalves

Charmaine is Co-Founder of the Dennis and Norma Creary Foundation, honoring her parents’ legacy of faith and service. A philanthropist and published author, she wrote Roses Are Red: Grandma’s Memory Book, a children’s book about Alzheimer’s. She holds a B.S. from Rutgers and has worked in insurance, hospitality, and real estate. Charmaine believes in giving back and building a legacy rooted in love.

Nicola Creary-Rosenstark

Nikki is a dynamic leader with 20+ years in corporate strategy, nonprofit impact, and community development. As COO of the Dennis and Norma Creary Foundation, she drives operations, fundraising, and building efforts in Jamaica. With a background at Salesforce, IBM, and Nikkita Productions, Nikki blends global expertise with deep cultural roots to empower communities through innovation, heritage, and action.

Christina Gonsalves

Christina is a marketing leader and community advocate dedicated to honoring her family’s legacy. As head of marketing at the Dennis and Norma Creary Foundation, she helps shape its vision, supporting grants, microloans, and health programs. Christina works in product marketing at Microsoft and holds her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and her master's from UVA. She believes in working hard, resting well, and building a legacy.
